Chau Do specializes in fishmeal products with protein content from 52% to 65%, manufactured from fresh marine fish sourced directly from fishing ports in Central Vietnam. PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY LINE
Chau Do’s factory is comprehensively equipped with a modern production line, advanced technology and a rigorous quality management system to manufacture high-protein fishmeal with consistent quality that meets international standards.
The factory applies a Thai production technology process comprising Raw Material Selection – Oil Pressing – Cooking – Drying – Grit Screening – Cooling – Grinding – Cooling – Blending – Packing.
Food hygiene and safety are important factors in fishmeal storage. The factory’s finished-product warehouse is therefore coated with Sika CureHard 24 to provide dust resistance, moisture resistance, abrasion resistance and a polished surface, keeping the warehouse floor clean and smooth.
FRESH, HIGH-QUALITY RAW MATERIALS
Fishmeal quality depends greatly on incoming raw materials. Understanding this, Chau Do places raw material control at the forefront of the entire production process.
All fish raw materials are sourced directly from fishing ports and fisheries logistics service areas in Central Vietnam. The main resources include marine species such as scad, herring, bigeye scad, sardines and other mixed marine fish suitable for animal feed production.
After arriving at the factory, raw materials are inspected and processed on the same day to preserve freshness and minimize natural decomposition. This is essential to maintaining high protein content and consistent finished-product quality.
SUPPLY CAPACITY:
Chau Do currently supplies fishmeal products with 52%, 60%, 62% and 65% protein, with total capacity of approximately 70 tons of finished product per day. The products are widely used in aquaculture, livestock and poultry feed production.
Alongside business development, Chau Do consistently pursues sustainable development and environmental protection. Located in Da Nang, the factory utilizes fisheries by-products from local fishing ports and fisheries logistics areas. Collecting and recycling these materials not only helps reduce environmental pollution but also creates added value for the local fisheries sector.
