Delivery Policy
This Delivery Policy sets out general principles for fishmeal supplied by Châu Đô Joint Stock Company. Conditions for each shipment are confirmed in the contract, purchase order, or quotation accepted by both parties.
1. Delivery scope and methods
Châu Đô arranges domestic delivery and supports export shipments as agreed. Goods may be collected at our factory, delivered to a customer warehouse, port, consolidation point, or handed to a carrier appointed by the customer.
2. Order and schedule confirmation
Delivery is scheduled after the parties confirm product, quantity, packaging, destination, vehicle, payment terms, and documentation. Estimated timing may change due to order volume, transport capacity, weather, port procedures, or force majeure.
3. Freight and related costs
Freight, handling, storage, port charges, and related costs are determined by the agreed delivery term. The quotation will identify which charges are included or excluded.
4. Delivery documents
Depending on the transaction, a shipment may include a delivery note, handover record, invoice, weighbridge ticket, quality certificate, or export documents required by agreement and law.
5. Inspection on receipt
The customer or authorized receiver should check quantity, packaging, seals, and batch information before signing. Any visible shortage, damage, moisture, or discrepancy should be recorded on the delivery document and reported immediately.
6. Transfer of risk
Risk and title transfer according to the contract or agreed trade term. Where the customer appoints the carrier, responsibilities are determined from the point at which goods are handed to that carrier.
7. Delay and events beyond control
If delay is likely, Châu Đô will notify the customer and coordinate a practical solution. We are not responsible for delay caused by natural disasters, epidemics, transport restrictions, port disruption, legal changes, or other force-majeure events.
8. Delivery claims
A claim should include the order number, batch number, delivery documents, photographs, and a clear description within the period specified in the contract. Châu Đô will investigate and agree on replenishment, replacement, corrective action, or another appropriate solution based on the verified cause.
